- Service Description: The Flower Guy provides fresh, pre-bloomed flowers for delivery in Bangalore.
- Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information may lead to delays or cancellation of your order, for which we will not be responsible.
2. Products and Orders
- Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure all items are in stock, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Product Appearance: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. As fresh flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, size, and bloom may occur.
- Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms the order has been placed.
- Delivery Schedule for Friday Orders: Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the succeeding Saturday.
- Cancellation by You: You may cancel an order by sending us an email or message before Thursday 11 PM of the delivery week. Cancellations requested after this time may not be accepted.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention department.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your sensitive payment information. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
